About Us
MegaFIT Health, Recreation and Fitness® was established as a 501 (c)(3) organization with the mission to equip people in the areas of holistic health, disease prevention, and health awareness. Holistic health refers to having wellness and wholeness in these areas: Physical, Mental, Emotional and Social, and Spiritual. Faith-based training programs are also available.

MegaFIT Health, Recreation and Fitness® is headed by Pauletta Hatchett a sought after conference speaker, nationally certified Aerobics and Group Fitness Instructor, motivational trainer/coach, and community
leader in the areas of health education and fitness programs for over a decade. She specializes in encouraging and equipping youth to have strong character, a value to achieve with excellence, and to live healthy lives.

We partner primarily with schools, hospitals, churches, and non-profit organizations to "get the word out" and share the advocacy work of promoting and training others in adopting healthy lifestyles. We serve all peoples, and have found that we have the greatest impact and broadest reach when we combine forces by forming strategic partnerships with national and community-based organizations.
We also focus on reaching "at-risk" health populations, the needy, minorities, and today's youth because these groups especially require motivation and encouragement in order for them to adopt healthy lifestyles. Over the past three years, we have facilitated children's health and fitness camps to combat childhood obesity and prevent sedentary lifestyles.
With the worldwide epidemic of AIDS and health crises all over the world, we are in the process of preparing to take the message of holistic "health and fitness to the nations" in order to bring strength, hope, wisdom, and dignity to a dying world.
A Word From Our Executive Director . . .
Over the past 10 years, we have impacted thousands of students and adults ages 5 to 95, with health education, nutrition, recreation, and exercise. We have seen individuals and families make positive adjustments in their eating patterns and activity levels to improve their health. In most cases, people have lost weight and inches, improved their body fat composition, and increased their self-esteem.
Students enjoy improving their health in a structured, fun, and supportive
environment. My favorite health and fitness program is my "90-Day Fitness Plan" designed to teach participants how to establish a consistent, holistic healthy lifestyle in 90 days.
